Ralena Stormbringer is a ghost in the Ascalonian Catacombs. In life, Ralena was an Elementalist trainer in Ascalon before the Searing but has since been turned into a ghost by the Foefire. She is also Vassar's lover.

- She wears a Council Ministry Mantle, a Student Coat, Country Pants, and Acolyte Boots.
- Certain patrolling Ascalonian ghosts sometimes talk about "Ralena's curse", a disease suffered by Ascalonians following the Searing. This is in reference to a quest in Guild Wars, where Ralena fell ill with a mysterious disease due to the Searing.
