The Pump Relay Room is a room where various pipes cross each other before heading back out through the dungeon. This point of interest is not normally reached by any of the dungeon paths. To get it, players must take Ferrg's path and jump from the railing indicated by the cursor on the map towards the sloping wall.[1] Using any sort of speed boost will make the jump much easier.
