Proximity Boost is an effect applied by Champion Blademaster Cadogg, Champion Hammermaster Morthwyl, and Champion Stavemaster Anwir to each other during the 
[Group Event] Kill the tetrad of Mordrem champions (80) event.
Notes
- While this does not stack, a foe may have multiple instances of this effect and learn from multiple allies.
