Propaganda Balloons are devices used by the Dominion to spread their message to occupied United Legions camps in Drizzlewood Coast, with the goal of getting more charr to defect to their cause.

Some are also summoned by Varinia Stormsounder as a mean of attack during Turnabout and Strike Mission: Cold War.
