A Prismatic Crystal is brought by the Order of the Crystal Bloom if allied with them during Dragon Response Missions. It passively applies the effect 
Prismatic Renewal; interacting with it grants the 
Prismatic Protection effect and removes 20% (or 10% with Shining Champion mastery) health from the crystal. When depleted the Crystal Bloom Weaver will channel and attempt to repair it.
