Mechanics

The maximum Portal distance is 5,000 in PvE/WvW and 6,000 in PvP.
Each use by allies is counted against the effect Portal Uses which has 20 charges initially and is decreased by every character using the portal.
This skill has a 1-second recharge after Portal Entre is used.
Cannot be activated if out of range of Portal Entre.
- A good measure to tell if you are still in range is to use the minimap- zoom in all the way and the edge of the map is approximately 5000 units from the center.

Temporal Enchanter — When you cast a glamour, allies near the glamour gain resistance and superspeed.
