(0.4 * Power) + (2.5 * Level) damage per stack per second,

(0.4 * Power) + 200 damage per stack per second at level 80.

PvP and WvW

(0.05 * Power) + (2 * Level) damage per stack per second,

(0.05 * Power) + 160 damage per stack per second at level 80.
