The Outer Refuge was a Maguuma centaur camp in the Far Silverwastes, led by Togonn Windmane.

During the events of No Refuge, it is revealed through reliving Caithe's memory that the entire camp's inhabitants were slain when a conflict arose after she, Faolain, and a party of Nightmare Court came looking for Wynne, who had befriended the centaurs to learn more about Ventari.
