Nightmare Altars are the capture points found throughout Nightmare Fractal. Capturing a point disables its respective Krait Obelisk Shard.

- Nightmare Bullet - Red-orange orbs that are shot out of the Nightmare Altar to damage foes.
- Nightmare Respite - Light-blue orbs that are shot out of the Nightmare Altar and heals allies to full health. Not affected by Agony.
