| 2 | Thump | 1¾ | 8 | Thump the ground dealing massive damage to nearby foes. |
| 3 | Vine Pull | 1 | 15 | Launch a vine at your target to pull them to your location. |
| 4 | Spread Pollen | 15 | Spread pollen to heal nearby plants. Also removes poison and heals for 200 health. | |
| 5 | Return | 1 | Force yourself out of mossheart form. |
