Notes
- Making a Mortar requires three Scraps be given to a Mortar Build Site.
- Roughly equivalent to a Toy Megacatapult in power.
- The Mortar is slow to turn, slow to reload, and difficult to aim. Unless you are a master at firing siege weapons, your Scraps are better spent on turrets.
