Brown Monkeys are enemies found inside Worlds 1 and 3 of Super Adventure Box. The brown monkey is a ranged foe that throws coconuts which is signified by a red X on the ground marking the location where the coconut will hit. It will run closer to foes too far out of its throwing range.

Notes

• This monkey only attacks foes in its direct line of sight as walking up behind or to the side of them will not trigger them to attack.
• The creature has a miniature version of it.

Trivia

• Their exploding coconut attack is likely based of the exploding coconut attack of the Coconuts from Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
