Acquisition
All of the items have three sources which are as follows.
Achievement unlock
- Ash Legion Banner Skin - Purchasable after completing the Well Watcher achievement, of which can be done during the The Haunting of Doomlore Shrine meta event.
- Blood Legion Banner Skin - Purchasable after completing the Pledged achievement, of which can be done during the The Ooze Pit Trials meta event.
- Flame Legion Banner Skin - Purchasable after completing the Pass the Torch achievement, of which can be done during the Ceremony of the Sacred Flame meta event.
- Iron Legion Banner Skin - Purchasable after completing the The Show Must Go On achievement, of which can be done during A Concert for the Ages meta event.

Grothmar Valley container
Nearly all of the following can be found in the following containers: 
"Recovered" Charr Artifact, 
Grothmar Legionnaire Weapon Requisition, or 
Grothmar Legionnaire Weapons Cache. The exception is the the Visage of the Khan-Ur which can only be can be obtained via the "Recovered" Charr Artifact.
Trivia
- This achievement was added with the Prologue: Bound by Blood release on September 17th 2019.
- The November 19, 2019 game update reduced the number of skins required to finish the final tier of this achievement from 15 to 12.
- The Khan-Ur headgear skins are hard to get, but are not needed to get the achievement. Afterwards, they will show as unlocked in this collection even if the skins aren't actually unlocked.
