Acquisition

After acquring a Meditation Logbook, go to  Temple of Kormir Waypoint — in Crystal Oasis. Cross the bridge north to the village of Kweli, then follow the road east then northwest. Scale the cliffs to reach a plateau with a Griffon Roost. At the south edge of this plateau, between a series of columns overlooking the Temple of Kormir, use the /sit emote.  Meditative Rest will be applied to you, lasting 60 seconds. You will obtain the collection item once it ends.
