Acquisition
Speak with Nochtli after sparring with her at 
Sparring Rock in Dry Top. To find her, use the Prosperity Waypoint and run south to the mouth of the small canyon. Use the first Wind Crystal you find to jump up the canyon wall to the west, then make your way further southwest to the Sparring Rock. Nochtli will be beneath it in a small cave to the southwest if her event is not currently active.
