Maelstrom's Bile is the center of the volcano Mount Maelstrom. It can be accessed through passages originating near either Sootberme or Mon Maelstrom. An asuran krewe lead by Krewe Leader Brij is currently running experiments on the power of the volcano, and through their attempts, have awoken a large number of destroyers along with their leader, the Megadestroyer.

Starting at Firebreak Fort Waypoint, go east to the gap in the mountain just above the words Sootberme on the map. Turn south directly under the Venomblight POI. It's a straight shot up the mountainside to the vista.
Alternatively, head due south from the Ashen Waypoint up the volcano slopes.
