Listening Device Sweeper is used in the Eyes for Ears achievement. Using it will activate a special action skill 
Identify Device which enables the tagging of listening devices.
Acquisition
- If Blood Legion charr, from Ferox Keenaxe in Lower Blood Keep.
- For all other characters, from Iovis Nearspecter in Recon Cove.
Notes
- Device will remain in your inventory after completing the achievement.
- You can use the special action while mounted.
