Ley-Energy Buildup is an offensive Unstable Magic Ability effect that can be applied to various enemies. This causes nearby players to be afflicted with a stacking condition, dealing increasing damage over time. It can only be relieved by standing near the white ley-energy orbs spawning around the enemies. Doing so will replace the condition with the Resistor effect.
