Lasting Bonds: Where We Come From is an A Bug in the System achievement and the first of three Lasting Bonds collections that involve collecting items for Efi, a young Olmakhan charr cub found in Atholma. It is unlocked after receiving the Simple Olmakhan Bandolier for completing The Charge, the final story step of A Bug in the System. Turning in each rewarded bandolier to Efi for this and subsequent collections Lasting Bonds: What We Do Here and Lasting Bonds: What Comes Next, will eventually award a 32-slot Reinforced Olmakhan Bandolier bag, also required for Visions of Sandswept Isles in Vision I: Awakening.

Bug:

Efi may not see the bandolier in your inventory, blocking progress on this achievement. Try making sure you have the Bandolier in the inventory of the character that went through the story and/or received it initially. It seems to also work with a crafted Bandolier IF it's the character that have initially received the first one.
