Kogga
Kogga is a Guild Hall Explorer offering an expedition into the Gilded Hollow. While the guild is attempting to claim the guild hall, she will be present at the entrance of the Guild hall. Throughout the event, she can be heard giving information and advice to the players claiming the Guild hall.

- Are you sure? Exploring the area will require more than just driving out the Mordrem. We'll need a full expedition, with support staff. It could get expensive.

- Kogga: Great! Glad you're on board to clear out the Gilded Hollow!
- Kogga: Find the Forgotten City of Tarir in the Auric Basin.
- Kogga: Beneath the city, below a waterfall, you'll find the tunnel to the Gilded Hollow.
- Kogga: Make sure Tarir is secure against Mordrem invasion — or its inhabitants will keep the tunnel sealed. That'd be bad.
- Kogga: I'll meet you in the Hollow. Expect a fight — it won't be easy to drive out the Mordrem. I hope you're up for it.

- How's the guild doing? Having any trouble getting this place restored and upgraded? I know the various proprietors from the Initiative look forward to working with you!

- Easy! The Initiative's proprietors all have different specialties. They'll each take a hand in restoring the buildings around here. For example, Gamli can help restore the tavern.

- They'll be coming in from Lion's Arch. You'll find them at your tavern!

- How do I restore a building?
- The first upgrade a proprietor offers is a building upgrade. Purchasing that upgrade will start the building process and unlock other upgrades from that proprietor.
