Kaxan is a greedy, thieving Nuhoch found in Teku Nuhoch when the Pact Commander is looking for Rata Novus. He is located in front of Tizlak and to the left of the Veteran Nuhoch Stomper next to a rock. He moves south later after you trade with him, burrowing underground and disappearing. He will later reappear a small distance further south on top of a small plateau (near to the vista), becoming hostile when approached.
