Hostile Magic is an ambient effect that add stacks of 
Confusion every 6 seconds.
Notes
- It is applied to players when approaching the Seer Artifact at the Whispering Artifact in Eternity's Garden — see Environmental hazard#Hostile Magic.
- The effect can be removed by taking some distance from the artifact.
