Holdfast Hollow is a small cave located in the Broken Bluffs where a small group of Pact members have regrouped upon the destruction of their airship.

Getting there

The entrance to the cave where it is located can be seen between two pieces of wrecked airship, northeast of the point icon for the cave. Go to the left after running through the gap in the wreckage.
