The Helcoid Seeps is an area at the eastern side of The Desolation. Several small blue sulfur pools can be seen here, inhabited by Blue Sulfurous Oozes.

- On a large rock in the southeastern corner of this area, close to the Lair of the Forgotten.
- Sand Portal
- One right in the center of the area, right next to the Toxic Pools point of interest on the map, leading to the second portal.
- The second one south near the path into the Lair of the Forgotten.
- Shadows Provisions
- At the very northern end of the area, right in the yellow sulfur pool.
- Trade Cache
- In a small cave below ground filled with green sulfur pools. Right next to where the Champion Sulfurous Ooze spawns.
