The G. Coe gravestone is a reference to George Coe, an American actor that died July 18, 2015. He had done voice acting for some NPCs, most notably Captain Romke and Captain Weyandt.
Two people named on the gravestones appear to be humorous references to ArenaNet developers on the Raids Team.
