Glaciate is an effect applied after collecting a 4th stack of 
Frozen Wind. It renders the player unable to move or perform any actions and deals damage each second. If a player runs out of health while under this effect, they will be instantly defeated rather than going downstate.
Notes
- Lasts 10 seconds.
- Removes all stacks of Frozen Wind when applied.
