Ghostblast Battery

Ghostblast Batteries are devices which can hold back Ascalonian ghosts. They are used by the charr most importantly in the Black Citadel to keep the ghosts in Haunted Nolani and supposedly to prevent ghosts from emerging in the citadel itself.
