The Gate Controls operate the gate at the back of Goldenlight Hallow. Researcher Wikk is attempting to calibrate them, which is very sensitive work that should not be disturbed.

- A large button sits below some boldy[sic] printed text.
Examine the text.- Researcher Wikk: Careful, you. Stay clear of that button.
- Researcher Wikk: The portal hasn't been calibrated yet. I warn you, a premature activation would be calamitous.
- Subsequent interaction
- There's a large button with a note above it that reads, "DO NOT PUSH THIS BUTTON!"
- Push the button.
- Researcher Wikk: You fool! I warned you not to push that button
- Researcher Wikk: What is it about buttons that half-wits find so irresistible? You're helping me deal with whatever comes through that gate, you hear?
- Leave the button alone.
- Between events
- This standard-model console has a poor layout and sloppy design. Asura only
- Leave the disgraceful contraption alone.
- This console looks difficult to operate. Charr only(?)
