This is a row template for all NPC image tables used in this project. To be used alongside the header template.
Usage

Parameters
- file
- Required. The file including "File:" prefix and ".jpg" suffix.
- desc
- Text description of appearance.
- note
- Supporting text notes, e.g. for suspected same model.
- alts
- Adding note text with alternate appearances. e.g.
weaponless, rifle, sword - good
- Whether the image is good or not. Suggested values:
{{yes}},{{yes|yellow}},{{no}}
