Frozen is an effect applied to players during Small Victory (Epilogue) upon tasting the frozen orange alcoholic dessert.
Notes
- Even though the description says that you are unable to move or use skills it actually has no effect.
- Also applied by stepping on ice squares during the Trial of Endurance in Empyreal Threshold of the Divitium Nava story step.
