Mechanics

Increases the strike damage scaling per stack of Vulnerability from 1% to 1.5%, maxing out at 37.5%.
Does not affect phantasm strike damage.

Illusion of Vulnerability — Inflict vulnerability when you interrupt a foe. This trait can only affect enemies with defiance bars once per interval.
Rending Shatter — Shatter skills inflict vulnerability on hit.
Dazzling — Disabling a foe also applies vulnerability. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.

Blurred Inscriptions — Signets have improved active effects, and activating one grants you distortion.

Deadly Blades — Blades inflict vulnerability on critical hits. After successfully casting a Bladesong, increase all damage dealt for a short time. This does not stack.

May 11, 2021	Text on many damage-increasing profession traits, runes, and sigils has been clarified to indicate whether they increase outgoing strike damage, condition damage, or all damage, as appropriate.
