I was expecting more from this place. You have to fill out paperwork and wait for approval to receive anything, and you need to justify every single bit of equipement you request.

I'm sure supplies are limited.

They don't trust us! The Colleges talk big about limitless possibilities, and then the students get squabble over generic elemental accelerators. You can't cause much damage with one of those.
