Forgotten Lore is a Horn of Maguuma achievement. It requires to complete certain activities and events around Ruins of Orr to progress.

Walkthrough
To collect the fragments you can do different activities in Orr, which grant a different amount of progress towards the achievement.
Jumping puzzles
At the end of each puzzle there will be a fragment that you can interact with to progress the achievement. These are non-repeatable.
Temple meta events
Each temple event in Orr gives 2 fragments when completed. These fragments are automatically counted for the achievement upon event completion. You can repeat for more fragments. Defending the temples does not reward progress.

[Group Event] Cover Keeper Jonez Deadrun as he performs the cleansing ritual (80) - conclusion of the Temple of Grenth meta
Dungeons
You can also complete once the Forgotten path with Warden Illyra (Path 3) in The Ruined City of Arah dungeon to gain 3 fragments.
