Enter the cobwebbed room in Fortune's Vale and step down along the way. You can see it on the rock at the northeast of the room.

Acquisition
- Primary article: Rune-Locked Doors
Collect all the weapon pieces from within Overreach Chasm at Fortune's Vale which is situated on the West side of the Desert Highlands. To find the pieces, you must first locate the Runestones to unlock a total of four doors. Behind each of the doors are different pieces of the Severance Weapons.
