• Binding Roots — Ranged auto-attack. Flings a fireball at the target, inflicting  Burning (10s). This fireball pierces and burns the ground where it lands. Standing on the burning ground does not appear to deal damage or apply  Burning; it is purely cosmetic, despite the red circle around it.
