1	Speaker's Sanctum —	Under the hero point as you enter the hideout.
2	Teleri Village —	The southeast side of the village.
3	Karstadt Village —	The northeast corner of the village, near the road going east.
4	Skygazer Cathedral —	The northern corner inside of the Cathedral.
5	Wrightstone Chantry —	Off the side of the road there are some talking NPCs. It will trigger when you enter this area.

In Speaker's Sanctum: Speaker Guerrilla: That other Warden, he was...desiccated?; Champion Speaker Sunderer: Yes. Very suddenly. Leaving him a cracking husk.; Speaker Guerrilla: Did someone cast a spell on him or something?; Champion Speaker Sunderer: There was a power of some kind involved, but I did not recognize it. In all my centuries, I have seen nothing like it.

In Teleri Village: Teris: Please, Doctor, you have to help her! She isn't making any sense!; Doctor Rykov: Slow down. What happened?; Teris: She asked to sleep in our bed—said something was in her room. I didn't let her—; Hebe: Beyond the horizon, infinity splits. You will crumble and scatter. Coalesce in another eon.; Hebe: Unmade and rearranged. Yesterday is beyond. Tomorrow isn't coming.; Hebe: Tomorrow isn't coming.

In Karstadt Village: Citizen (1): It just appeared out there?; Citizen (2): Yes. Do not look directly at it.; Citizen (1): What could possibly—?; Citizen (1): (cry of pain) I don't... I can't... What's going on? Please!

In Skygazer Cathedral: Kestrel Watchkeeper: Yes, we found them. They're in there. Must have snuck off to visit lover's cathedral...; Peasant: Please, you have to let me in.; Kestrel Watchkeeper: No. Do not go in there. Let us take care of it.; Peasant: Let me through! I need to see her...; Kestrel Watchkeeper: (sigh) I know I can't stop you, but there's something wrong with the bodies. Very wrong.

By Wrightstone Chantry: Kestrel Watchkeeper: Restrain her! She's tearing out her feathers, for gods' sake!; Fledgling: Calm down, Mom, please calm down!; Citizen: No! You didn't see it! You didn't see what it did to them! Their insides... It killed them with their own insides!; Citizen: It's coming for me! I got away, and now it's back for me! Please, just kill me! Please kill me!

It is possible to complete this achievement without the story chapter active; all locations are available in Echovald Wilds.
The dialogue for an event must be triggered for it to count as seen.
The instabilities can only be found by a character that has progressed the End of Dragons story through to Act III.
