The Disabled Injector is an object in the Heart of the Tower during The Nightmare Ends story step. It is the no longer functioning Antitoxin Injector used to obtain a Vial of Leftover Antitoxin for the last fight in the Tower of Nightmares.

Notes

• Historically, interacting with the injector granted the  Carrying Antitoxin effect. With the re-release, it now gives the service-like trophy Vial of Leftover Antitoxin.
