Devourer Pheromone Sacs are objects dropped by devourers after administering a mild electrical shock. This can be done easily by hitting a devourer with the Patented Pheromone Recycler 2.0 bundle's 
Extraction Bolt skill.
Interacting with a pheromone sac while having the Recycler equipped will also provide a single charge for the 
Pheromone Spray skill, which constitutes their main and only purpose.
