Dangerous Relic is a bundle found in Bastion of the Obscure during the event Collect relics for Livia, and keep the Kryptis from stealing too many. Upon pickup, a random number of 
Relic Imprisonment stacks are applied to the player in addition to 
Immobile. When the relic's imprisonment is broken the relic becomes inert.
