DOC K1T-D is the strongest version of the DOC K1T series and the final upgrade of the DOC K1T-A golem. It spawns after the Chaos Anomaly reaches 25% health, it will not spawn if any of the DOC K1T golems were defeated as last golem in any of the previous encounters.
