The Council of Houses is a point of interest within the Spire of Dreams in the Citadel of Zakiros. The heads of major Kryptis houses have historically met there for talks concerning the future of Nayos. Midnight King Eparch's rise to power has gradually eroded the power of the council and has left the chamber mostly abandoned in modern times. During the Kryptis civil war, Eparch makes a stand in the council chamber to defeat the rebels invading his castle.
Getting there
This point of interest is only accessible during and after the Into the Spider's Lair event.
