Cosmic Energy is an effect that mimics low gravity and allows the player to jump higher than normal. It does not negate fall damage.

Notes

• Granted to players during the Shattered Observatory Fractal after travelling through the first rift.
• May be unlocked for use in Mistlock Observatory by consuming the Data Key Log: Extracurricular Studies item.
• Applied to all players in the Mistlock Sanctuary, where it also allows gliders to float upwards and negates fall damage.
• Granted to players by choosing "Enable low gravity." in the Fractal Console guild decoration.
• Applied to players during [Group Event] Gather the loose magic for Isgarren (80) in Lost Basilica.
