• If the Final Boss challenge is active, it can be found on Ancient Forgeman inside Forging Steel instance.
• If the Powerful Foes challenge is active, it can be found on all foes inside Forging Steel instance.
• After recalling Priory enchanters back, it can be found on all Dragon Champions inside Dragon Response Mission instances.
• After recalling Order of Whispers infiltrators back, it can be found on all foes inside Dragon Response Mission instances.
