Castoran Lucky Shield is an effect granted upon interacting with a Survivalist's Supply Stash after training the Lucky Shield mastery. When triggered, it provides barrier equal to 50% of the player's health and decreases the cooldown of their equipped healing skill by 50% of that skill's base recharge time. Once used up, the effect  Lucky Shield Cooldown will be applied for the next 30 seconds; while this is active, interacting with a Survivalist's Supply Stash will not grant Castoran Lucky Shield.
