Captain Underheim is the unfortunate captain of a passenger vessel that sunk off Lion's Arch. He and his passengers stood on the dock near the Trader's Forum and bemoan their fate before the attack on Lion's Arch. During, and after, Scarlet Briar's attack on Lion's Arch, he could be found alone in a tent on Newbeach Bluffs. Fate may be smiling on him now, however, as he currently stands with the Captain's Council.
