Acquisition

• Found in the third small chest in Mythwright Gambit, north of the Mythwright Cauldron Ley Rift destination.
  • It will only drop if:
    • the Defeat Qadim encounter of Mythwright Gambit has been successfully completed at least once before on the account.
    • you have the collection unlocked. Having looted the chest during the same week, but prior to unlocking the collection, means that it can only be obtained after the next weekly reset.
      • It will drop even if you have not yet bought the Alembic Apparatus before looting the chest.
• It can be looted in a cleared instance. (NOTE: Since the Raids and Wardrobe update on February 3, 2026, opening a cleared instance isn't possible any more, even if you have cleared the entire raid wing in the same week, since the raid portal only allows for the selection of bosses. To get the empty bottle, you'd either have to defeat Qadim again or find someone, who holds the instance open for you after clearing the boss.) Relevant discussion on the official forum
