Berdrow's Hideaway is an area just north of the western keep, the Torrid Undercroft, in the Blue Desert Borderlands.

There is a supply camp to the far west (which sends convoys north and south) and a shrine of earth to the east (which provides a speed boost blessing and stealth to your allies in the valley if the other two shrines are also held).
