The Bell Passage is a large archway over the waterway connecting Seitung Harbor to Shinota Shore. A large bell hangs within the archway, and the sides are lined with huge chunks of jade. At the top of the archway, a walkway connects Seitung Harbor to Shing Jea Monastery.
