• The event chain leading to the confrontation with Igne Mossheart starts at the Temple of the Dredge with [Group Event] Gather fungal residue to stabilize Verasha, the Speaker defector (80).

Anomaly:

Despite the item's hint, you do not need to have the elite specialization Untamed equipped to receive it from completing the event.

Bug:

Igne Mossheart can fail to transition into the phase to kill the final elemental that he is linked to, leaving him stuck at 1% health and unkillable while the elemental remains invulnerable, guaranteeing a fail.
