Acquisition
- Completing the dynamic event Defeat the Tarnished Traitor.
Notes
- Exalted Purification is required to battle the NPC.
- The item drops from the chest that spawns after the event, it is not rewarded directly by the event.
- May not drop if the player requires more than one Auric Buckle (dropping a different Buckle instead).
